                        WORLDWIDE HEALTHCARE TRUST PLC                         

                            First Interim Dividend                             

The Board has declared a first interim dividend of 7.0p per share in respect of
the year ending 31 March 2013. Such dividend will be paid on 11 January 2013 to
ordinary shareholders on the register of members on 14 December 2012. The
associated ex-dividend date will be 12 December 2012.

The Board expects to announce details of a second interim dividend in respect
of the year ending 31 March 2013 in March 2013.
