                            First Interim Dividend                             

The Board has declared a first interim dividend of 7.0p per share in respect of
the year ending 31 March 2014. Such dividend will be paid on 10 January 2014 to
ordinary shareholders on the register of members on 6 December 2013. The
associated ex-dividend date will be 4 December 2013.
