Exercise of subscription share rights
Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC (the "Company") has allotted a further 960
ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Shares"), in addition to the 2,457,096 shares
allotted on 1 August 2012, following the exercise of 960 subscription share
rights in the period to the exercise date of 31 July 2012. Following the
allotment the Company's issued share capital comprises 45,441,255 Shares with
voting rights attaching and a further 278,617 Shares are held in Treasury.
There are also 2,433,208 subscription shares in issue.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC
is 45,441,255.
The ordinary shares were issued under the Company's block listing facility.
