Final conversion of Warrants
Finsbury Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC has applied for the listing of
10,745,610 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Shares") following the exercise of
10,745,610 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at 464p per share in the
period to the final exercise date on 31 July 2009. The Shares will rank pari
passu with the Company's existing Shares. Following the exercise the Company's
issued share capital will comprise 49,399,519 Shares with voting rights
attaching and a further 438,000 Shares held in Treasury.
It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings
in the Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 7
August 2009.
