Exercise of Warrants
Finsbury Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC (the 'Company') announces that
following receipt of notices to exercise Warrants at an exercise price of 464p
on the exercise date of 31 July 2008, an application has been made to the UK
Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 13,070 Ordinary Shares of
25p each to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on
the London Stock Exchange. Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence
on 13 August 2008.
The final exercise date for the outstanding Warrants is 31 July 2009 at an
exercise price of 464p. Warrant Exercise Notices shall be sent to all Warrant
holders prior to commencement of the exercise period of 28 days prior to each
exercise date.
As at the close of 31 July 2008, the diluted net asset value per Ordinary share
(assuming the exercise in full of all of the outstanding Warrants at an
exercise price of 464p per Warrant) was 545.07p per share, the mid market share
price per Ordinary share was 498.00p and the mid market Warrant price was
45.00p.
