NET ASSET VALUE
The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 29 December 2006 was
518.93p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
510.28p as at the same date.
