NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 11 April 2007 was 528.73p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was 517.65p
the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 528.73p, Treasury net
asset value (warrants exercised) was 517.65p as at the same date.
