NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 16 April 2007 was 545.28p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was 531.36p
the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 545.28p, Treasury net
asset value (warrants exercised) was 531.36p as at the same date.
