NET ASSET VALUE

 

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 18 January 2007 was
534.61p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
523.47p, the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 534.61p,
Treasury net asset value (warrants exercised) was 523.47p as at the same date.
