NET ASSET VALUE

 

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 February 2007 was
535.76p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
524.36p, the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 535.76p,
Treasury net asset value (warrants exercised) was 524.36p as at the same date.
