The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 May 2007 was 558.77p (ex
income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was 542.50p.
