NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 August 2007 was 515.62p
(ex income).

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
of the outstanding warrants at an exercise price of 464p per warrant, was
506.47p.

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
5,192,100 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 6 August 2007, and assuming the exercise in full of all of the
outstanding warrants at an exercise price of 464p per warrant, was 502.93p.
