Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 August 2009 was 583.04p
(ex income) 584.48p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
688,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 6 August 2009 was 582.56p (ex income) 583.98p (cum income).
