Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 10 September 2009 was

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,197,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 10 September 2009 was 608.06p (ex income) 609.71p (cum income).
