guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 August 2011 was 812.01p (ex income)
816.80p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 1 August 2011 was 784.30p (ex
income) 788.33p (cum income).
