guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 August 2011 was 787.51p (ex income)
792.26p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 2 August 2011 was 764.73p (ex
income) 768.75p (cum income).
