The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 16 July 2010 was 702.77p (ex income)
704.76p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per
subscription share at the close of business on 16 July 2010 was 687.81p (ex
income) 689.46p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
7,877,149 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 16 July 2010, and assuming the exercise in full of all of the
outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per subscription
share was 680.82p (ex income) 682.26p (cum income).
