guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 August 2011 was 692.88p (ex income)
698.32p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 8 August 2011 was 684.51p (ex
income) 689.13p (cum income).
