The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 30 July 2010 was 697.62p (ex income)
700.36p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per
subscription share at the close of business on 30 July 2010 was 683.53p (ex
income) 685.80p (cum income).
