guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 August 2010 was 701.39p (ex income)
704.11p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per
subscription share at the close of business on 2 August 2010 was 690.71p (ex
income) 692.97p (cum income).
