The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 3 August 2010 was 705.89p (ex income)
708.61p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per
subscription share at the close of business on 3 August 2010 was 694.45p (ex
income) 696.71p (cum income).
