guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 12 August 2011 was 726.92p (ex income)
732.33p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 12 August 2011 was 713.37p (ex
income) 717.96p (cum income).
