The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 22 December 2010 was 790.11p (ex income)
797.03p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 22 December 2010 was 765.61p (ex
income) 771.42p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
318,585 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 22 December 2010, and assuming the exercise in full of all the
outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription
share was 765.17p (ex income) 770.94p (cum income).
