guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 August 2010 was 711.04p (ex income)
714.36p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 614p per
subscription share at the close of business on 4 August 2010 was 699.31p (ex
income) 702.09p (cum income).
