The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 5 August 2010 was 713.40p (ex income)
716.66p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 5 August 2010 was 701.29p (ex
income) 704.02p (cum income).
