guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 August 2010 was 715.08p (ex income)
718.32p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 9 August 2010 was 702.69p (ex
income) 705.42p (cum income).
