The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 10 July 2012 was 920.90p (ex income)
926.13p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 10 July 2012 was 892.43p (ex
income) 897.14p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
2,488,464 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 10 July 2012, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
889.63p (ex income) 894.11p (cum income).
