guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 September 2011 was 741.88p (ex income)
747.76p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 2 September 2011 was 726.05p (ex
income) 731.03p (cum income).
