guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 5 September 2011 was 740.39p (ex income)
746.30p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 5 September 2011 was 724.79p (ex
income) 729.80p (cum income).
