guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 3 September 2010 was 739.54p (ex income)
743.22p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 3 September 2010 was 723.23p (ex
income) 726.31p (cum income).
