guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 September 2011 was 740.62p (ex income)
746.63p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 9 September 2011 was 724.99p (ex
income) 730.08p (cum income).
