guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 September 2010 was 742.46p (ex income)
746.13p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 6 September 2010 was 725.67p (ex
income) 728.76p (cum income).
