The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 7 October 2011 was 752.65p (ex income)
760.38p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 7 October 2011 was 735.17p (ex
income) 741.72p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
25,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share price
on 7 October 2011, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
735.15p (ex income) 741.70p (cum income).
