The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 3 May 2012 was 871.06p (ex income)
892.89p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 3 May 2012 was 848.21p (ex
income) 867.89p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
1,210,443 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 3 May 2012, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
846.83p (ex income) 866.05p (cum income).
