The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 May 2012 was 863.51p (ex income)
885.37p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 4 May 2012 was 841.37p (ex
income) 861.09p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
1,268,519 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 4 May 2012, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
840.01p (ex income) 859.24p (cum income).
