guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 11 June 2013 was 1092.22p ex dividend (ex
income) 1095.82p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 11 June 2013 was 1073.11p ex
dividend (ex income) 1076.54p ex dividend (cum income).
