guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 13 June 2013 was 1087.43p ex dividend (ex
income) 1091.36p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 13 June 2013 was 1068.55p ex
dividend (ex income) 1072.29p ex dividend (cum income).
