The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 June 2012 was 879.07p (ex income)
883.02p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 8 June 2012 was 854.91p (ex
income) 858.47p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
2,274,741 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 8 June 2012, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
851.47p (ex income) 854.86p (cum income).
