The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 15 June 2012 was 876.83p (ex income)
881.40p (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per
subscription share at the close of business on 15 June 2012 was 852.86p (ex
income) 856.98p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
2,353,074 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 15 June 2012, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 638p per subscription share was
849.57p (ex income) 853.50p (cum income).
