guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 July 2013 was 1138.29p ex dividend (ex
income) 1142.53p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 4 July 2013 was 1116.95p ex
dividend (ex income) 1120.97p ex dividend (cum income).
