Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 December 2013 was 1277.00p ex dividend
(ex income) 1279.17p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 6 December 2013 was 1252.35p ex
dividend (ex income) 1254.43p ex dividend (cum income).
