The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 January 2013 was 933.12p ex dividend
(ex income) 936.79p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 8 January 2013 was 921.26p ex
dividend (ex income) 924.74p ex dividend (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
328,408 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 8
January 2013, and assuming the exercise in full of all the outstanding
subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per subscription share was
920.84p ex dividend (ex income) 924.30p ex dividend (cum income).
