guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 17 December 2013 was 1248.94p ex dividend
(ex income) 1251.55p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 17 December 2013 was 1225.49p ex
dividend (ex income) 1227.99p ex dividend (cum income).
