guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 19 December 2013 was 1264.03p ex dividend
(ex income) 1266.68p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 19 December 2013 was 1239.94p ex
dividend (ex income) 1242.47p ex dividend (cum income).
