guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 January 2014 was 1319.83p ex dividend
(ex income) 1322.94p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 8 January 2014 was 1293.36p ex
dividend (ex income) 1296.33p ex dividend (cum income).
