guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 20 June 2014 was 1396.42p (ex income)
1399.65p ex dividend (cum income).

Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the exercise in full of all
the outstanding subscription shares at an exercise price of 699p per
subscription share at the close of business on 20 June 2014 was 1374.82p (ex
income) 1377.95p ex dividend (cum income).
