guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 September 2014 was 1525.68p (ex income)
1530.24p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
100,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 2
September 2014 was 1525.51p (ex income) 1530.06p (cum income).
