Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 September 2014 was 1527.15p (ex income)

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
100,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 4
September 2014 was 1527.05p (ex income) 1531.70p (cum income).
