guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 October 2014 was 1539.87p (ex income)

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
100,000 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 1
October 2014 was 1539.78p (ex income) 1546.47p (cum income).
