guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 20 April 2015 was 2074.25p (ex income)
2083.17p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
378,331 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on
20 April 2015 was 2073.10p (ex income) 2081.95p (cum income).
